INDIVIDUAL AUDIO ENGINEERING COURSE     This is not a class, but a one on one, real world hands on course in the studio. You will learn all aspects of audio recording, mixing and mastering. Learn from a veteran engineer and producer for over 34 years. From Rock, Blues, Jazz, Country, Bluegrass and Traditional styles of music. You will be sitting in the drivers seat over and over again. YOU WILL LEARN: Recording techniques for all acoustic, electric, brass, wood and percussive instruments. Room acoustics, design and isolation Proper session set-ups Routing Pre-amp and console Microphone usage and placement Pro Tools Plug Ins Outboard gear Listening / Monitoring / Headphones Social and environmental issues between the artist and engineer/producer Recording single and multiple live musicians and groups Editing Mixing Mastering   OPTION #1 - Approximately 80 hours of training and 70 hours of actual engineering. $6,000 OPTION #2 - Approximately 50 hours of training and 25 hours of actual engineering. $3,000   Your course may take place throughout a 2 - 4 week period or spread out over time, a couple of times a week.
